Site inspections and remote loss adjusting

Site inspections conducted by our loss adjusters and surveyors are subject to the highest health & safety regulations and guidelines. Our Specialists take every precaution to protect the health of all involved. If site visits are not necessary or not possible due to potential health risks, we use our advanced tamper-free remote loss adjusting and claims handling platform This platform supports video collaboration, remote inspection of damage using the policyholder’s mobile devices, live streaming as well as uploading media. Everything that’s needed thoroughly assess the damage remotely and finalise the claim.

Business continuity @Van Ameyde

Van Ameyde has a robust and comprehensively tested Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in place that among other things foresees the unexpected closures of offices and worldwide travel limitations. As a result, all our claims management, IT, loss adjusting and surveying teams are fully operational. Remote accessibility has been secured thanks to our resilient IT and communication infrastructure. We do not currently experience disruptions of business continuity in any region notwithstanding lock-downs and travel restrictions.

Our management closely monitors updates from local authorities and strictly follows government guidelines and advice. Rest assured that we are fully geared to servicing you and your clients during this evolving pandemic. We are available at all times to answer your questions.
